Vicki Louise Copening died Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Vicki (Mahan) Copening was born March 21, 1946, the daughter of Vernie and Lucille (Slaton) Mahan. She married Tell Bennett Copening on June 18, 1966.
He survives, as do daughters, Ladecia (Paul) Friel and Kristen (Curt) Coolidge.
A celebration of life for family and friends will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 17, in The Venue at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola.
Another gathering for family and friends will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 18 at The Isaac, Gathering Room, 7200 West 127th St., Overland Park.
Memorials are suggested to Deanna Rose Children’s Farmstead, and may be left with the funeral home.
