Trinidad Richard “Trine” Ysusi, 91, of Humboldt died Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, at Heritage Health Care in Chanute.
He was born Jan. 11, 1935, in Marquez, Texas, the son of Heriberto Ysusi and Catalina (Gutierrez) Ysusi.
On Feb. 19, 1955, Trine was united in marriage to Lorenza “Lorraine” Ysusi (Espinosa) in Fredonia. They shared 69 years together until her passing.
He is survived by his children, Catherine and husband J.D. Baughn, Albert and wife Virginia Ysusi and Michael Ysusi.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Baughn.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Humboldt. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Humboldt. A Rosary will be recited at the church prior to the service at 11 o’clock.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Humboldt, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
