Paul Setter, Humboldt, this years state 4-H dairy champion, has been named a national 4-H dairy winner by the national committee on boys and girls work in Chicago and will receive a $400 college scholarship with the award. Tom Maxwell, farm agent, says Paul is the first Allen County club member to win a national project award.
