OSWEGO — The outcome was decided early on Tuesday, when Marmaton Valley High’s girls traveled to Oswego High.
The Indians blasted their way to a 16-2 lead after one quarter and 32-7 at the break.
Things didn’t improve after halftime as Oswego downed the Wildcats 49-13.
“They outplayed us every way they could,” Wildcat head coach Kent Houk said. “They beat us in every aspect of the game.
Cheyanne Miller led Marmaton Valley with six points, while Maggie Meiwes had seven rebounds.
Kali Kitterman scored 10, Sydney Pemberton had 11 and Bricynn Johnson had 10 to pace Oswego.
Marmaton Valley hosts Pleasanton on Friday.
