With temperatures in the mid-90s Thursday, organizers postponed Iola High’s season-opening tennis tournament hosted by Chanute High School.
The tournament will be made up Sept. 9 IHS athletics director Matt Baumwart said.
Iola will host its own tournament next Thursday.
