Both the area adult and children Special Olympics bowling teams competed in Pittsburg last week.
The adults competed on the 18th while the kids competed on the 19th.
For the adults, four bowlers finished first including Jessica Bacon, Brandon Griggs, Casey Riebel and Tom Weide.
Four finished in second place including Abbe Rose, Judy Bransetter, Justin Conley and Bridgette Eckroat.
Charles (Curtis) Holt was the only bowler who finished in third and June Parrett and Steven Riebel finished fourth.
For the children’s ANW Co-op team, 12 different bowlers finished first including Mary Sunshine Crites, Manuel Doolittle, Dakota Fry, Ty Johnson, Dakota Knowles, Dominick Lubinski, Ethan Martin-Bairow, Conner Merando, Page Riley, Fayth Simpson, Wolfgang Webber and Christopher White.
Six finished in second place including Gavin Doolittle, Keegon Garner-Hedman, Corrina Simpson, Gracie Splecther, Jacob Stokes and Lindsey Yarnell.
Three finished in third including Johnny Henry, Alex Morris and Laura Simpson.
