Wintry weather won again Tuesday.
The snow wiped out the area high school and junior high sporting event schedule for Tuesday evening.
Iola High was to have made up a dual in wrestling Osawatomie for the Mustangs’ final home competition of the season. It will not be rescheduled.
Iola Middle School was to have hosted Columbus.
High school basketball doubleheaders in the area were postponed — Northeast at Marmaton Valley, Humboldt at Caney Valley, Crest at Pleasanton, St. Paul and Southern Coffey County and Cherryvale at Yates Center.
The Crest games are rescheduled for Feb. 17 and the Southern Coffey County games are set for Feb. 21. No other rescheduled dates were available.
Allen County Community College’s home doubleheader with Coffeyville tonight has been moved to Thursday.
