High School Golf: Yates Center
The Yates Center golf team competed in their first golf tournament of the year on Monday at Erie.
The Wildcats brought three golfers to the tournament and ended up with three top-20 finishes including two top-five finishes.
Freshman Easton Reynolds burst onto the scene in the first high school tournament of his career finishing first overall, shooting a 74.
Reece Solander also medaled for the Wildcats, finishing fourth overall with an 81.
James Hess finished 17th and shot a career-best 100.
Yates Center will hit the links again today when they play at Burlington.
