Tabitha Ford was the losing pitcher. She walked 14, gave up two hits, hit seven batters and struck out three.
In the second game, Frontenac scored with eight runs in the first, 10 in the second and two more in the third. The Wildcats girls got single runs in the first and second innings.

“Our pitching remains an issue. If we take away the walks and hit batters, the score would be totally different,” said Brenda Mills, MVHS softball coach. “Our fielding does a pretty good job.”
