A trio of high school basketball standouts added to their list of postseason honors over the weekend.
Humboldt High’s Noah Thornbrugh and Tanner McNutt and Crest High’s Kyle Hammond received consensus all-state recognition.

Hammond, meanwhile, took home first team honors by both newspapers.

Hammond led Crest (17-7) to a berth in the Class 1A, Division II state tournament.
Yates Center High junior Cameron Brown earned honorable mention for Wichita’s all-state team in Kansas Class 2A.
