GARNETT — Iola Middle School’s golf team played in the Anderson County Junior High tournament Wednesday at Garnett Country Club.
Mason Key earned the 11th-place medal with a 49 for the nine-hole tournament.
Matt Percy of Central Heights was the top medalist with a 34.
Iola’s Mac Simpson shot a 66 and Brook Storrer had a 67. Carding 68s were Ryan Ester and Aaron Terhune.
The Ponies go to Chanute Monday and Coffeyville Tuesday.
