CHANUTE — Iola Middle School’s Ponies played at Chanute’s Royster Middle School Invitational golf tournament Monday.
Iola finished fifth as a team with a team score of 217.
Colby Works led the way for the Ponies with a 50 for the nine-hole event.
Garrett Wade shot a 54 followed by Toni Macha with a 56 and Mason Key had a 57.
Also playing for Iola were Ryan Ester with a 60, Brook Storrer at 63 and Aaron Terhune at 70.
Macha’s score also earned her the fourth-place medal in the girls’ division. Storrer claimed the 10th-place medal.
