MORAN — Marmaton Valley High’s Wildcat girls still are without a win.

The homestanding Wildcats were on the short end of a 58-25 decision Tuesday. Oswego High’s Indians had a 20-point lead by the end of the first quarter.

“The girls play hard and are improving.”

Down 25-5, the Wildcats outscored the Indians 10-7 in the second quarter. Ashtynn Louk opened the period with a three-pointer.

Tabitha Ford, Caysha Adams and Kacie Shadden each had a basket. Shadden sank one of two free throws.
