CANEY — Two out of three ain’t bad.
Marmaton Valley High’s volleyball team went 2-1 in a quadrangular hosted by Caney Valley Thursday.
The Wildcats prevailed over host Caney Valley, winning 2 sets to 1, 25-16, 23-25 and 25-11.
Marmaton Valley also secured another three-set tiebreaker over Oswego, winning 25-18, 24-26 and 25-15.
Alas, Sedan spoiled Marmaton Valley’s bid for perfection, winning 25-12 and 25-19.
The Wildcats travel to Oswego Tuesday to take on Oswego and Northeast-Arma.
