COFFEYVILLE — Capturing five of the top six spots individually, Iola High’s Mustangs dominated the Coffeyville junior varsity golf tournament Tuesday.
The Mustang junior varsity won the team title with a combined 164 for the nine-hole event. Coffeyville was second with a 195.
Freshman Adam Peterson shot a 38 to win by two strokes over his classmate Isaiah Grover, who was second at 40. Iola sophomore Weston Hines and senior Doug Stewart came in with 43s, tying for third place.
Senior Jarrett Mosbrucker carded a 45 and tied for sixth. Matt Jacobs, a freshman, finished with a 51 for a tie for 12th.
