Allen County Kids Wrestling Club is holding its annual Mat Warrior Tournament Saturday. There are 250 youth wrestlers expected for the daylong event.
Wrestling matches begin at 9 a.m. at Iola High School.
Allen County Mat Warrior wrestlers competed in two tournaments Saturday.
T.J. Taylor and Cody Conner were at the Eudora Kids Wrestling Club’s tournament
Taylor was fourth in the 6-and-under 43-pound division. Conner helped forge a three-way tie for first with a 3-1 record in the 14-and-under 110-pound class.
Mike Armstrong wrestled in the Linn County Twisters kids tournament in LaCygne. Armstrong was third in the 14-and-under, 115-pound division.
