PLEASANTON — A week ago, Marmaton Valley Junior High and Crest Middle School track teams competed in the Three Rivers League Junior High track meet hosted by Pleasasnton.
The Marmaton Valley eighth-grade boys won their division with 91 points. Pleasanton was seventh with 62 points.
The Wildcat boys finished fifth in the seventh-grade division. The seventh-grade MVJH girls took fourth and the eighth-grade girls were fifth.
Team placings for the Crest teams were not available.
Both schools had strong outings with athletes winning events and medals.
