OSWEGO — The road was kind for Crest High’s basketball teams Friday as both the boys and girls squads picked up victories.
In both instances, the Lancer squads took control early and never looked back.
The Lady Lancers (8-4) took a 12-2 lead, before expanding the margin to 24-5 at the break of a 48-25 romp.
On the boys’ side, Crest was strong at the start and the finish in a 53-41 romp.
The wins set up a busy week for the Lancer squads. On Tuesday, Crest travels to Pleasanton before hosting Marmaton Valley Thursday in a makeup game from earlier this season. On Friday, the Lancer teams travel to Cherokee to take on Southeast.
