LIBERAL, Mo. — The Lady Lancers came out on top in a strong showing Friday against Golden City, winning 56-32, to wrap up play in Tony Dubray Classic Tournament.
The win sealed a 7th-place spot for the Lady Lancers
After the first quarter, the Lancers had a 14-10 lead over the Eagles, before outscoring them 12-7 in the second to go up 26-17 going into the break.
The third quarter was all she wrote, the Lancers put up 16 on the Eagles, while they only had six for the quarter.
Laurel Godderz and Emily Frank led the Lancers with 12 points each, followed by Miranda Golden with 10 and Emmalee Seabolt with eight.
