The Marmaton Valley Junior High girls got two wins at home over Pleasanton last Thursday.
The Wildcat A-Team won in a close 18-16 battle and the B-Team romped their way to a 28-2 victory.
The A-Team trailed 8-6 at the half and 11-6 after a scoreless third quarter but a 12-5 final period pushed the Wildcats past the Blu-Jays for the win.
Janae Granere had eight points followed by Madison Lawson who had five, Payton Scharff who had three and Emma Schmidt who had two.
Meanwhile, the B-Team allowed just two points in the first quarter and nothing else for the rest of the game.
Emma Schmidt had eight points, followed by six for Kaitlyn Drake, five for Gracie Yoho, four for both Katrina Woods and Katie Bigelow and one for Kaitlyn Drake.
The Wildcats host Uniontown later today.
