Moore had an ace and two kills, to go with nine assists. Piazza had three kills and six assists. Platt had three kills.
“With the exception of the last few points of the last game, I was proud of the level we played at,” coach Emily Sigg said. “We’ve talked about how at this point in the season we need to play to our level of volleyball no matter who we play and to start playing from the first point. Tonight we did both of those.
“We should have a lot of good competition at the Anderson County tournament this weekend and are looking forward to it.”
Iola will travel to Garnett for the Anderson County Invitational on Saturday, starting at 9 a.m.
