The Mustangs and Fillies took to the hardwoods on Tuesday evening for intrasquad scrimmages.
Tuesday provided Fillies head coach Becky Carlson, and Mustangs head coach Luke Bycroft opportunities to mix and match lineups, and evaluate who should be on the court in the blue and gold.
While the Fillies will have four fresh faces in the starting five, Bycroft has Cal Leonard and Calvin Delich back in the fold this season.
Iola will open its season Friday in Garnett with a matchup against Anderson County.
