Iola Middle School’s seventh-grade B-team defeated Humboldt Middle School’s seventh-grade 47-17 Saturday.
Darius Greenawalt paced the Ponies with 10 points and Mason Ingle had nine points. Gage Cleaver had eight points and Colton Toney had six points.
Rhett Allen and Nate Evans had four points each. Scoring two points apiece were Xavier Cary, Zane Beasley and Joey Zimmerman.
In the eighth-grade B-team game, Iola beat Humboldt 61-16. Zach St. Clair led Iola with 16 points followed by Jake Gumfory had 12 points.
Sagar Patel had 11 points and Dodger Beckham scored 10 points. Brandt Houk added six.
Scoring two points each were Ankit Gandhi, Isiah Shaughnessy and Yohon Sinclair.
