COFFEYVILLE — Iola High’s freshman volleyball team claimed its first win of the season Tuesday night.
The Fillies defeated host Coffeyville 25-15, 25-19. Iola lost to Chanute 25-16, 25-6 and to Fort Scott 25-12, 27-25.
Alexis Hobbs and Rebecca Cunningham led the team in serving. Mackenzie Weseloh and Hallie Cleaver were the leaders in set assists.
Karlie Lower led the team in digs.
Iola travels to Louisburg Thursday.
