INDEPENDENCE — Iola High’s Fillies lost a Southeast Kansas League doubleheader Tuesday.
Host Independence got past the Fillies 10-8 in the first game.. The Lady Bulldogs run-ruled Iola 18-3 in three innings in the second game.
More on the games will be in the Register as soon as scorebook sheets are available.
IHS head coach Vince Coons told the Register he did not have statistics keepers at the game so he was waiting for Independence to fax him scorebook sheets.
The Fillies are 2-6 in Southeast Kansas League play and 2-8 overall.
