Allen County Community College’s soccer teams were shut out by visiting Johnson County Community College Monday afternoon.
Johnson County, which is ranked No. 10 by the NJCAA, beat the ACCC women 6-0. Cheace Mahulu was in goal and made 12 saves for the Red Devils.
The Red Devil women are 4-4 overall, 2-2 in Jayhawk Conference play and 3-2 in Region VI action. They host Butler County Wednesday at 4 p.m.
In the men’s game Monday, the Cavaliers posted a 2-0 win over the Red Devils. Jordan Drake was credited with nine saves as ACCC goalkeeper.
The ACCC men are 1-3 in Jayhawk Conference play, 2-6 overall and 2-3 in Region VI action.
Allen County’s women and men host Pratt Community College in a doubleheader Thursday. The women’s game is at 2 p.m. followed by the men at 4 o’clock.
