OVERLAND PARK — The ANW Cooperative’s Special Olympics Kansas team members were in Overland Park Friday for a state bowling competition.
Participating from Iola were Joseph Barbarick, second in his age group; Bo Bland, third, Judy Branstetter, first; William Hill, second; Leberene Moore, second; Destin Nichols, second; Kaylee Norton, third; Justin Narvaez, second; Ian Spoor, second; and Christopher White, third.
Competing from other communities were Manual Doolittle, Neosho Falls, second; Rosetta Ross, Yates Center, first; Courtland Sager, Gas, second; Gracie Splechter, Yates Center, first; and Wolfgang Webber, Colony, third.
Allen County Special Olympics members competing were Bridgette Eckroat, Piqua, first; Casey Riebel, LaHarpe, third; and Steven Riebel, LaHarpe, second.
