The Allen County Special Olympics participated in the 2019 Southeast Region Adult Bowling Tournament on July 17.
The tournament took place at the Holiday Lanes Bowling in Pittsburg, and saw a number of successful finishes from Allen County participants.
Three participants took first place. These athletes included Tina Craft, Brandon Griggs and Casey Riebel.
Two more participants finished in second, with Bridgette Eckroat and Tom Weide bringing silver medals back to Allen County.
Steven Riebel brought home a bronze medal to round up the performances of the Allen County participants.

The Allen County Special Olympics team will travel northeast to Olathe for the Spikes and Strikes tournament this Friday. This is the fall state tournament for volleyball and bowling. The athletes from Allen County intend to stay on the winning track.
