The Allen men went 1-1 over the weekend when they traveled down to Tonkawa to compete in a tournament hosted by Northern Oklahoma College.
The Red Devils (5-1) fell to NOC-Tonkawa 101-88 before rebounding to beat NOC-Enid 90-74.
In Allens loss, the Red Devils shot poorly from the free throw line down the stretch, missing 20 shots from the charity stripe thus severely limiting any chance at a comeback for ACC.
The Red Devils fared much better on Saturday versus Enid.
Allen trailed for the majority of the first half before closing out the final minutes on a run which gave them a one-point lead at the break.
The Red Devils boosted their lead in the second half, quickly moving it to double digits. Allen led by as much as 21 points and wouldnt let Enid get closer than 12 for the remainder of the game.
Comprehensive stats were not provided for either game but according to the official scorebook, freshman Malik Hardmon scored a career-high 27 points in the win and sophomore Darius Love had 23.
The Allen women also fell to Tonkawa 76-51. Scores were unavailable for their game versus Enid and stats were unavailable for both.
The Red Devil men will travel to Kansas City Kansas Community College on Tuesday while the women host Redlands Community College at 5:30 p.m.
