I believe in the race for the U.S. Senate, Rep. Todd Tiahrt is the candidate best suited to serve the people of Kansas. He understands the economics of business and during times when our economy has taken hits, Tiahrt has always responded with pro-business solutions to help us get back on our feet. He is known as a passionate advocate for the aviation industry and the thousands of Kansas workers whose careers depend on building, selling, repairing and flying aircraft. Tiahrt is relentless in fighting for our economy.
Todd Tiahrt also wrote the amendment to protect the privacy of gun owners. To quote the NRA Political Victory Fund Chairman, Chris Cox, in a letter to Tiahrt, “America’s law abiding gun owners owe you a debt of gratitude for your unwavering commitment in the face of repeated as-saults by anti-gun opponents in Congress and the media.” Tiahrt has an A-plus rating from the NRA and is endorsed by many, many other conservative groups including Kansans for Life and the tea party.
If you want someone in the Senate who understands the unique issues affecting all Kansans, Todd Tiahrt is the one. I’m voting for him and am asking you to do the same.

Marcia Roos,
Iola, Kan.
