Dear editor,
Well, it looks like our legislators have finally woken up to the fact that we voters might be as important to them as the big buck guys and that we may be just a tad upset with them.
I don’t see how anyone with at least one brain cell in operation could vote for any of them. But this is Kansas and I’ve heard it said that even if Satan himself ran on the Republican ticket Kansans would vote for him.
Congress needs to be cleaned out on both sides of the aisles. I wouldn’t be surprised to find out some of them have been dead for a year or so and they are just inflated with hot air and sprayed with Febreze and their hand wired to mark no to everything. They have always been full of hot air so no one would notice the difference.
The important thing is to get out and vote. No one has ever tripped and broken their neck stepping over the line to vote for the other party. I’m sick of listening to all the bull already. May as well get used to it. The worst is yet to come.
