Dear editor,
I am writing this letter to encourage the voters of USD 257 to vote Yes on all three questions for the April 2 bond issue.
I believe our goal, as a community, should be to provide a high quality education that will prepare all of our students for life in an ever-changing and complex world. We should always want better for our future generations.
I have carried the following philosophy through my teaching tenure: A student is the most important person in any school.
Students are NOT just statistics. They are actual flesh and blood with real emotions. I do believe that as a community our students are our most important resource. We need to be progressive, move forward and vote YES to give our students the best education in new facilities.
