Dear editor,
I am writing in response to the Feb. 15 article in the Register “Being gay in Kansas takes true grit, guts.:
I am praying that Kansas will never approve of same sex couples in marriage. Kansas has not earned a black eye for this. It seems some people are so happy when gay people come out of the closet. They need to read Revelations 21:8. We need to love everyone but not love their lifestyle. I have some relatives that live this kind of life. Still love them, but not the way they live. Christians have a right to express their views as well as non-Christians. Remember God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.
It takes guts to be a Christian!
