Dear editor,
As a former Allen County commissioner, Kent Thompson knows the challenges local governments face when trying to fund county services. Kent has been a friend to the law enforcement community and is always mindful of the impact government decisions have on our communities.
Kent has stood strong for us and our values at home and in Topeka. Special interest groups don’t want capable legislators representing their districts. Because Kent Thompson is a proven leader who actually represents his district, he is being attacked by special interest groups. We strongly support Kent for 9th District state representative because he’s honest and will always do what’s best for our community.
