Willard K. “Bill” Doolittle, 74, LaHarpe, died Thursday, May 15, 2014, at his home.
Bill was born May 11, 1940, in Allen County, the son of Willard M. and Esther J. (Kelley) Doolittle.
On Aug. 28, 1964, he married Patricia Sue Wright. They made their home in LaHarpe. He worked for Alco Drilling, Nelson Quarries and Gates Corporation before retiring. His wife preceded him in death Oct. 17, 2013.
Survivors include four sons, Lyle Scott Doolittle, Neosho Falls, Jeffrey Ray Doolittle, Columbia, Mo., Billy Alan Doolittle, LaHarpe, and Robert Eugene Doolittle, Humboldt; one daughter, Karen LeAnn Doolittle, Bronson; one sister, Judith Hudson, Gravois Mills, Mo.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Sue Doolittle.
