Trevor John Ewing, 18, of Eaton, Colo., who has family in the Iola area, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, as result of an automobile accident.
He was born Dec. 29, 1993, in Greeley, Colo., to Keith A. and Janet (Luckert) Ewing. He grew up in Eaton and was a senior at Eaton High School.
Trevor played soccer since he was four years old, football in middle school and was on the track team and in FFA at Eaton High School. He enjoyed bowling, going to movies, playing X-Box, camping, fishing and hanging out with his friends and girlfriend. He attended every high school football and basketball game. He had a sincere love for cars and was planning to attend Wyoming Tech in Laramie, Wyo., to become a mechanic. He was funny and caring, made people laugh and always had a smile. He loved working out and staying in shape. He was not able to join the Army due to having asthma. He was a Kansas City Chiefs fan, member of FFA and Cub Scouts of America when he was younger.
Trevor was dearly loved by his family and will be missed very much.
He is survived by his parents, Keith and Janet; brother, Hunter Benjamin Ewing; half brother, Joseph Kelly and his fiancé Tamara, Grand Prairie, Texas; grandfather, Jessie Ewing; and nieces, Neveah, Aniyah and Brianna.
Trevor was preceded in death by his grandparents, Beverly Ewing and Theressa and Charles Luckert.
Memorial services will be at 9 a.m. Thursday at Evangelical Free Church of Eaton, 1325 3rd Street, Eaton, Colo.
