Tracy Lynn Vest, 40, of LaHarpe died Saturday, June 19, 2010, the result of an automobile accident north of Humboldt.
She was born Jan. 15, 1970, in Iola, to Dale Dean and Joyce A. (Hydorn) Waddell. She graduated from Iola High School and Allen County Community College.
On June 22, 1990, she married Tim Vest. They made their home in LaHarpe. She had worked at Walmart for 21 years. She enjoyed reading.
She is survived by her husband of the home; three children, Timmy and his fiancee, Brittany, Trenton and Kelsey, all of the home; her mother, Joyce Wright, Iola; two brothers, David Waddell and Chris Trautloff, Iola; two half sisters, Deana and Julie; and her grandfather, Clarence M. Hydorn, Iola.
Her father, Dale Waddell, and her grandmother, Marie Hydorn, died earlier.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Memorial Chapels in Iola.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First Assembly of God Church in Iola. The Rev. David Shelby will officiate. Burial will be in LaHarpe Cemetery.
