Steven Thomas Franklin, age 74, of Iola, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020, at Moran Manor in Moran. Steve was born May 6, 1946, in Junction City to Charles Franklin and Lillian (Stanford) Franklin.
He graduated from Iola High School. He married Carolyn (Wilson) Bamford Franklin.
Steve was preceded in death by his wife; his father; and his sister, Tanya Franklin.
A graveside service with military honors will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Highland Cemetery.
