Shirley Baker Long, 76, Chanute, died Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Diversicare of Chanute.
She was born April 17, 1938, in Iola, the daughter of Merrill and Louise (Brown) Baker, Sr.
Survivors are her three sons, Ted, David and Harold King; two daughters, Loretta Walker and Denise Hatch; seven brothers, Merrill Jr., Gary, David, Allen, Carl, Kenneth and Jimmy Baker, one sister Loeva Louise Weohr; and numerous grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, at Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
