Roberta Joan (Stewart) Miner, 73, of Fulton died Friday Oct. 8, 2010, at her home.
She was born April 16, 1937, in Worland, to Orville and Mary Stewart. She received her education in Fulton graduating in 1954. She furthered her education at Pittsburg State University and at Fort Hays State University.
On Oct. 17, 1954, she married Donald E. Miner Sr. in Fort Scott. She managed a bakery at Farmers Market in Chanute. She also worked as a nursing assistant and medication technician at Colonial Acres and Bethesda nursing centers in Chanute and also at Tradition House Nursing Center in Joplin, Mo., and Mercy Covent in Fort Scott before her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, camping, horseback riding, gardening and sewing. Her husband is deceased.
She is survived by five daughters and one son, Donna Young, Jefferson City, Mo., Brenda Gross, Branson, Mo., Debbie Koenig, Cushing, Okla., Pam Butler, Purcell, Mo., Glenda Meysami, Jefferson City, and Donald E.  Jr., Fort Scott; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and friends. 
Two sisters, two brothers, one grandson and one great-grandson died earlier.
Services were this afternoon at United Methodist Church in Fulton. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery at Fulton.
