Mildred Ruth Clements, age 79, Gas, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018, at Diversicare, Chanute. She was born on Jan. 27, 1938, near Selma, to Wilford Warren Anderson and Dorothy Maxine (Herrmann) Anderson.
She married Charles Samuels; they divorced. She married Dewey Lee Clements in Humboldt; they divorced. She married Don Badders on May 1, 1999, in Iola.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Tamra; son, Matthew Samuels; her parents; and Harold Cooper who raised her.
Survivors include her husband, Don Badders, of the home; daughter, Roxanne Samuels of Dry Prong, La., Wendy Linsey, of Admire; stepdaughters, Angela Laughlin, Seattle, Wash., Erica Badders, Iola, Courtney Badders, Burlington, and numerous other relatives.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Iola. Inurnment will be at a later date in Fairview Cemetery, Mildred.
