Funeral services for Thelma Nadine McCall of Moran, whose death Thursday was published in Friday’s Register, will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Moran United Methodist Church, with burial following in Moran Cemetery. 
She was born April 26, 1921, in Wichita, to John and Hattie (Henderson) Brady. She attended school in Carneiro, growing up in that area. 
On June 7, 1937, she married Wayne G. McCall in Kansas City. The couple worked for a company unloading trucks of produce and then began working for a farmer. They moved back and forth from California to Kansas many times over the years. They owned a gas station in Kansas, Brady and McCall Services. In California, they built houses between regular jobs of logging and working in the gold mines. They purchased a farm in March of 1954 in Allen County. They made this their home farming and milking cows. He died Oct. 12, 2006.
She was a member of Moran United Methodist Church, Moran Club 54 and Walnut Grove Community Club. She enjoyed volunteering for church dinners and with rummage sales for Moran Days. She liked to work in her garden and was self-taught to play the piano. 
She is survived by a daughter, Burma June (B.J.) Gonzalez and her husband, Ray, Bronson; two sons, Dan and his wife, Donna, and Randy and his wife, Audrey, all of Moran; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Kenneth Brady, Orangeville, Calif.
Four brothers, John Jr., Lloyd, William and Leon Brady, and a sister, Viola Brady, died earlier.
