Leslie Les Wayne Barnett Sr., age 87, of Iola, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019 at Windsor Place.
He was born in Geneva, to Donald H. Barnett and Elizabeth A. Heinz.
Leslie served in the U.S. Navy and in 1972 moved to Iola to start The Circle B Boys Ranch. He also worked at the Iola water plant, retiring in 1994.
Survivors include sons Leslie Skip Jr. and Steven, and daughters Becky Robb and Cindy Folk.
Services are at 11 a.m. Thursday at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel.
