Janet G. (Davidson) Douglas, 56, died Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at her home in Iola.
She was born Jan. 18, 1954, in Iola the daughter of Nelson E. and Marguerite (Cantrell) Davidson. She grew up in and attended school in Iola.
She is survived by a daughter, Kim Murrow, Iola, Kansas; a son, Joel Huskey and his wife, Jamie, Houston, Texas; six grandchildren, Skyla, Tyler, Kayla, Ashley, Christian and Michael; a great-grandchild; four brothers and sisters, Ned Davidson and his wife, Bertie, Magnolia, Texas, Sherry Thompson and her husband, Jerry, Iola, Sandy Scott and her husband, Joe, Houston, and Van Davidson and his wife, Carol, Magnolia; and her canine companion, Axyl.
Memorial services will be at 12 p.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in Iola. Inurnment will be in Yates Center Cemetery.
