Former Bronson resident Hazel Diana Wolford, 98, died Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, at Wheat State Manor Nursing Home in Whitewater where she had made her home the past several years. 
She was born March 13, 1912, in Davenport, Iowa, to Theodore and Martha Nelson Anderson.
On June 1, 1926, she married Ebbie Erwin Wolford in Eureka. He died Jan. 11, 1968. 
She was a member of Bronson United Methodist Church and an 82-year member of Bronson Order of the Eastern Star No. 65.
Survivors include two daughters, Corrine McAllister, Potwin, and Geraldine Reeder and her husband, Elvis, Bronson; seven grandchildren, Ernestine Frame, David McClimans, Patricia Starr, Roger, Paul and Tony Johnson and Steve Reeder and his wife, Betty; 13 great-grandchildren; and several great-great-grandchildren.
A son, Roger, a daughter, Betty Johnson, three brothers, Earl, Kenneth and Grant Anderson, two sisters, Mildred Downard and Helen Shultz, and two grandchildren, Betty E. Purdy and Erwin Reeder, died earlier.
The Rev. David Shrum, assisted by Todd Reeder, will conduct funeral services at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Cheney Witt Bronson Chapel. Burial will be in Bronson Cemetery.  
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral chapel.
