Five-day-old Gannon Lee Dougherty, son of Mike and Kathy Dougherty of Iola, died Sunday, Jan. 16, 2011, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 11, 2011, at 10:22 p.m. at Allen County Hospital.
He is survived by his four brothers, Kyler, Braden, Gentry and Grady; maternal grandparents, Elmer Tatsch, Iola, and Paulette and Bob Curry, Linn Valley; paternal grandparents, Rick and Idris Dougherty, Iola; an aunt, Lisa Sanford and her husband, Jeff, Dahlonega, Ga.; and an uncle, Bob Dougherty and his wife, Jo, Carl Junction, Mo.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Iola’s First Christian Church. Interment will be in Moran Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
