Claude W. Garber, 49, of Iola died Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at his home.
He was born Oct. 6, 1962, in Ottawa, to Clarence Junior and Irma Jean (Wagner) Garber. He had lived in this area all of his life.
On June 15, 2010, he married Stephanie D. Stanturf.
He is survived by his wife; three sons, Clarence Alexander Garber, William Scott Hill and Jacob Wayne Garber; a daughter, Brittney Marie Stanturf; three brothers, Glen and Michael, LaHarpe, and Clarence, Iola; and two sisters, Ragenia Garber, Iola, and Dora Kluckner, Longdale, Okla.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Grace Southern Baptist Church in Iola. Inurnment will be in Welda Cemetery.
