Barbara R. Worthington, 86, St. Paul, formerly of Stark, died Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at Prairie Mission Retirement Village in St. Paul.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Friends Home Lutheran Church, Savonburg. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the church. Burial will be at Mount Moriah Cemetery.
