The Iola Register has launched a new website and digital edition for our readers.
This new service, still at www.iolaregister.com,went online Thursday afternoon and brings the latest news online along with an exact replica of the printed newspaper.
Upon publication of each new issue, subscribers will receive an email providing a link to connect them to the current edition. With its flip-book page turning format, zoom-in functionality, and search capabilities, the Registers new e-Edition offers the latest in digital technology while continuing to provide a classic newspaper reading experience.
New website features include coupons, online polls, photo galleries from which you can order directly, and a community calendar.
This service is available to all digital subscribers. Subscribers should have received an email with their login information.
Those wishing to subscribe may do so by calling 365-2111, or visiting us at 302 S. Washington.
The Register has taken every effort to ensure a smooth transition to the new service, but if you have any trouble with access, contact [email protected].
IN ADDITION, the Registers front page will sport a slightly different look, utilizing some of the same fonts now visible on our website.
Much of the transition work was made possible through the efforts of Emily Sigg, in the Registers Ad Department, and Susan Locke, the Registers circulation manager.
They worked in league with eType Services in developing the new websites look and features.
