The book empowers women as true equals, without man-shaming, Nord reported.
Such things as diversity training have worsened the gender gap; women must know closing the gender gap depends upon them. They need to speak up, be more confident and demand equality. Ending the disconnect is vital.
Nord said there was abundant evidence that companies with more women in senior leadership perform better in virtually every measurable statistic. Filled with illuminating anecdotes, data from recent studies and stories from author Joanne Lipmans own journey to the top in a male-dominated society shows everybody can succeed by reaching across the gender divide.
